Jackson, to rezone premises legally described as: Lot 4 of World of Powersports Addition, as per Plat recorded in Book 1832, Page 814 of the Records in the Recorder's Office of Macon County, Illinois AND Beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot 15 of Greenwich Gardens as per Book 802, Page 72 of the records of the Macon County recorder; thence N87°59'55"E along the North line of said Lot 15, a distance of 119.96' to the Northeast corner of said Lot 15; thence S00°25'38"E along the East line of said Lot 15, a distance of 84.31'; thence S87°50'20"W along a line parallel with the South line of said Lot 15, a distance of 119.97' to the West line of said Lot 15; thence N00°25'38"W along the West line of said Lot 15, a distance of 84.65' to the Point of Beginning, containing 10,131 sq. ft., more or less, all situated in Macon County, Illinois.
