Johnson, o rezone premises <br /> legally described as: <br /> Lots Ten (10), Eleven(11), Twelve (12) and Thirteen (13) of Stomba�gh <br /> Addition, as per Plat recorded in Book 536, Page 252 of the records i the <br /> Recorder's Office of Macon County, Illinois, EXCEPT THE FOLLO ING <br /> DESCRIBED PROPERY: A parcel of land being a part of Lot 11 in Stombaugh <br /> Addition to the City of Decatur, as per Plat recorded in Book 536, Page 252 of the <br /> records in the Recorder's Office of Macon County, Illinois, described as follows: <br /> Beginning at the Southeast corner of said Lot 11; thence northerly alo g the east <br /> line of said Lot 11 a distance of 22.23 feet to a point on a 23.50 foot radius curve; <br /> thence southwesterly along said curve 29.96 feet through a central angle of 73 <br /> degrees 02 minutes 23 seconds to the South line of said Lot 11; thence easterly <br /> along said south line 16.62 feet to the point of beginning. (Except co 1 and other <br /> minerals previously reserved or conveyed and the right to mine and r ove the <br /> same). All situated in Macon County, Illinois, <br /> from B-1 Neighborhood Shopping District and R-3 Single Family Reside�ce District to B-2 <br /> Commercial District; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that he prayer of said <br /> petition be granted. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNC L OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the recommendation of the Decatur City Plan Co ission be, and the <br /> same is hereby, received, placed on file and approved. <br />
