Sean IIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII IIIIII IIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIHill IIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII <br /> county Cler(: <br /> Maoon County <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2014-44 <br /> ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY <br /> - 150 SOUTH WYCKLES ROAD - <br /> WHEREAS, on the 14th day of August, 2014, upon due notice, the Decatur City Plan <br /> Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of Billy Tyus, Assisi ant City Manager, <br /> to rezone premises legally described as: <br /> Beginning at a point on the East right-of-way line of Highway No. 4 (Wyckles <br /> Road), 40 feet East of the Southwest(SW) corner of the Northwest Quarter(NW <br /> 1/4), Section 18, Township 16 North, Range 2 East of the Third Principal Meridian, <br /> thence North along said East right-of-way line 444.4 feet, thence Eas 155.57 feet, <br /> thence North 280 feet, thence East 215.02 feet, thence North 220.06 fleet to the <br /> South right-of-way line of West Main Street (Old Route 36),thenceasterly <br /> along said right-of-way line 421.15 feet,thence South 983.9 feet, thence West <br /> 798.56 feet to the point of beginning, containing 14.544 acres more or'less, <br /> from M-3 Limited Industrial District to M-1 Intense Commercial/Light Indu trial District; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that the prayer of said <br /> petition be granted. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the recommendation of the Decatur City Plan Commpission be, and the <br /> same is hereby, received,placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2. That said above described premises be, and they are hereby, rezoned from <br /> M-3 Limited Industrial District to M-1 Intense Commercial/Light Industrial District. <br /> Section 3. That the Districts hereinabove mentioned are those districts set forth and <br /> defined in Ordinance No. 3512 of the City of Decatur, Illinois, commonly known as the <br /> Zoning Ordinance, and all the provisions, regulations, restrictions and requirements therein <br /> set forth shall apply to the premises above described herein. <br />
