NOV -5 2014 Date Recorded: 11/5/2CI4 8:56:59 AM ST EPHEN M.SEAN I III I IIIII II I IIII IIIII IIII IIIII II II III I IIII IIIII II II IIIII IIII IIIII III III COUNTY CLERK MACON COUNTY ORDINANCE NO. 2014-34 ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY - 1964 SOUTH TAYLORVILLE ROAD - WHEREAS, on the 10th day of July, 2014, upon due notice, the Decatur City Plan Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of MWAA Inc., to rezone premises legally described as: A part of the Southeast '/4 of the Southwest '/4 of Section Twenty one (21), Township Sixteen (16) North, Range Two (2) East of the 3rd P.M., more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point 218.29 feet East of the Southwest Corner of the Southeast 1/4 of the Southwest '/4 of Section 21, Township 16 North, Range 2 East of the 3rd P.M., thence Northwesterly a distance of 32.72 feet to a point lying in a line drawn parallel to and 30 feet North of the South line of the Southeast 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of said Section 21, said point lying 137.42 feet East of the intersection of said line with the Southerly Right of Way line of SBI Route No. 48; thence East seven (7) feet along said line to apoint; thence Northwesterly in a straight line to a point on the Southerly Right of Way line of SBI Route No. 48; said point being 194.3 feet Northeasterly from the intersection of said Southerly Right of Way line of Route No. 48 and the South line of the Southeast '/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of said Section 21; thence Southwesterly along said Southerly Right of Way line of SBI Route No. 48 a distance of 1,194.3 feet to the intersection of said Southerly Right of Way line of SBI Route No. 48 and the South line of the Southeast 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of said Section 21; thence East along the South line of the Southeast 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of said Section 21, a distance of 184.21 feet to the place of beginning. Situated in Macon County, Illinois, from R-1 Single Family Residence District to B-2 Commercial District; and, WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that he prayer of said petition be granted. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: Section 1. That the recommendation of the Decatur City Plan Commission be, and the same is hereby, received,placed on file and approved.
