Series 2010C: Series 201OD: <br /> R-4 $1,145,300 R-4 $ 695,50 <br /> R-5 $1,717,950 R-5 $1,043,25 <br /> (b) Principal on the Reregistered Series 2010 Bonds shall be payable in accordance <br /> with the Bond Sinking Fund schedule attached as Exhibit A hereto. <br /> Section 202. Execution; Limited Obligation. Each of the Reregistered Series 2010 <br /> Bonds shall be executed on behalf of the City by the manual or facsimile signature of its Mayor <br /> and by the manual or facsimile signature of its City Clerk (or such otherl, officer as may be <br /> designated by the City) and shall have impressed or printed manually or fa simile thereon the <br /> corporate seal of the City. The facsimile signatures of said officers shall have the same force and <br /> effect as if such officers had manually signed each of said Reregistered Series 2010 Bonds. In <br /> case any officer, the facsimile of whose signature shall appear on the Bonds, shall cease to be <br /> such officer before the delivery of such Reregistered Series 2010 Bonds, such facsimile signature <br /> shall nevertheless be valid and sufficient for all purposes, the same as such officer had <br /> remained in office until delivery. <br /> The Reregistered Series 2010 Bonds and the interest and premiu , if any, payable <br /> thereon do not constitute a pledge of the faith and credit of the City, but shall be payable solely <br /> from the funds pledged therefor in accordance with the Bond Indenture. The delivery of the <br /> Reregistered Series 2010 Bonds does not directly, indirectly or contingently obligate the City to <br /> levy any form of taxation for the payment thereof or to make any appropriation for their <br /> payment, and such Reregistered Series 2010 Bonds and the premium, if any, and interest payable <br /> thereon do not now and shall never constitute a charge against the credit or taxing power of the <br /> City. <br /> Section 203. Form of Bonds. The Reregistered Series 2010 Bonds shall be substantially <br /> in the form set forth in Exhibit B attached hereto with such appropriate variat ons, omissions and <br /> insertions as are permitted or required by the Bond Indenture or deemed necessary by the Bond <br /> Trustee and the City. <br /> Section 204. Delivery of Bonds. Upon the execution and delivry of this Second <br /> Supplemental Bond Indenture, the City shall execute and deliver to the Botd Trustee and the <br /> Bond Trustee shall authenticate the Reregistered Series 2010 Bonds I and deliver such <br /> Reregistered Series 2010 Bonds to the Purchasers. <br /> ARTICLE III <br /> MISCELLANEOUS <br /> Section 3.01. Ratification. In all respects not inconsistent with the terms and provisions <br /> of this Second Supplemental Bond Indenture, the Bond Indenture is hereby ratified, approved <br /> and confirmed. <br /> 4 <br />
