Section 3.02. Counterparts. This Second Supplemental Bond Indenture may be <br /> simultaneously executed in several counterparts, each of which shall be an ori inal and all of <br /> which shall constitute but one and the same instrument. <br /> i <br /> Section 3.03. Choice of Law.
