32. PROHIBITED PARKING SPACES. No person shall stop, stand or park any vehicle at <br /> any time in any of the following places, except when necessary to avoid conflict with <br /> other traffic, when an emergency exists, or in compliance with the directions of a police <br /> officer or traffic-control device: <br /> A.
