The number of violations shall reset to zero (0) after 12 rr onths elapse <br /> without a citation being issued to the same vehicle with the same registration. <br /> C. Citations issued for violation of Sections 38 and 66 C may be settled for the <br /> fine and fee amounts defined in those respective Sections. <br /> D. If not settled as provided in this Section, fine shall be imposed t pon conviction, <br /> as elsewhere set out herein. <br /> 74. PARKING RATES AND FEES.
