ORDINANCE NO. 2014-30 <br /> DECATUR SOUTHEAST PLAZA TIF DISTRICT <br /> AN ORDINANCE APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING <br /> THE EXECUTION OF A THIRD AMENDMENT TO A <br /> TIF REDEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT <br /> by and between <br /> THE CITY OF DECATUR <br /> and <br /> AIRPORT PLAZA JOINT VENTURE,LLC <br /> WHEREAS, on April 9, 1997, the City of Decatur approved a Redevelopment Agreement with <br /> Airport Plaza Joint Venture,LLC ("Developer"),which Agreement was amended on qay 5,1997 and <br /> July 17,2000; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Mayor and City Council have determined that the Third Am ndment to the <br /> Redevelopment Agreement by and between the City of Decatur and Airport Plaza Joi t Venture,LLC <br /> is in the best interests of the citizens of the City of Decatur; <br /> NOW THEREFORE,be it ordained by the City of Decatur,Macon County,Illinois as follows: <br /> SECTION ONE:The Third Amendment to the TIF Redevelopment Agreement with Airport Plaza <br /> Joint Venture,LLC,Developer,attached hereto as Exhibit A,is hereby approved. <br /> SECTION TWO: The Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to enter into and execute on behalf <br /> of the City said Third Amendment and the City Clerk of the City of Decatur is hereby authorized and <br /> directed to attest such execution. <br /> SECTION THREE: The Third Amendment to the TIF Redevelopment Agreement shall be effective <br /> the date of its approval on the 7`'day of July,2014. <br /> SECTION FOUR: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and aftel its passage and <br /> approval as required by law. <br /> (Balance of Page Intentionally Blank) <br /> Page 1 <br />
