ADDITIONS AND DELETIONS <br /> CHAPTER 38 <br /> STORMWATER ORDINANCE <br /> 2. DEFINITIONS. For the purpose of this Ordinance, the following <br /> definitions shall apply: Words used in the singular shall include the pluraand the <br /> plural shall include the singular; words used in the present tense shall include the <br /> future tense. The word "shall" is mandatory and not discretionary. The word "may" <br /> is permissive. Words not defined in this section shall be construed to have the <br /> meaning given by common and ordinary use as defined in the latest edition of <br /> Webster's Dictionary. <br /> (a) "Agricultural"means related to or used for the production of food and <br /> fiber, including but not limited to, general farming, livestock a�d <br /> poultry enterprises, grazing, nurseries, horticulture, viticulture, truck <br /> farming, forestry, sod production and wild crop harvesting and lincludes <br /> lands used for on-site buildings and other structures necessary to carry <br /> out such activities. <br /> (b) "As built plans" means drawings depicting conditions as they were <br /> actually constructed. <br /> c "Base Fee" means a fee incurred by each parcel in the City o Mecatur <br /> for the benefit of the stormwater system. <br /> "Best management practices" or "BMPs" means schedules of <br /> activities, prohibitions of practices, maintenance procedures, a�d other <br />
