An credit allowed against the storm water service charge is conditioned <br /> upon continuing compliance with the City of Decatur Stormwater Credit <br /> Regulations and this Chapter. <br /> (G) PAYMENT. <br /> 1. The SWSC shall be added to the municipal utilities bill sent by the City <br /> to the owner and/or occupant of each lot, building and premises in <br /> accordance with Chapter 64 of the City Code, and said SWSC shall be <br /> separately denoted thereon, except as provided in supsection (2) below. <br /> The SWSC shall be due and payable at the same tinge as the municipal <br /> utilities bill on which said SWSC appears, as re u' ed by said Cha ter <br /> 64 Water Service. Penalties and late charges fordelinquent a ents <br /> listed therein shall be fully applicable to delin ue t payments of the <br /> SWSC. The first dollars of each payment on a municipal utility bill <br /> shall be applied to the SWSC, regardless of any direction to the contrary <br /> by a paver. <br /> 2. Owners of lots, buildings or premises not provided water by the City <br /> shall be billed spparately for the SWSC. The timelines and late charges <br /> for pMment set out in said Chapter 64 and referred to in subsection 1 <br /> above shall be fully applicable thereto. <br />
