ARGENTA-OREANA FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT, Petitioner is a <br /> duly organized fire protection district under the laws of the State of Illinois, located <br /> entirely in Macon County. <br /> 2. The City of Decatur, Illinois, Defendant is a municipal corporation, duly <br /> organized under the laws of the State of Illinois and is located in Macon County, Illinois. <br /> 3.
