Swartz,do hereby certify that I am the duly selected,qualified and acting City Clerk <br /> of the City of Decatur,Macon County,Illinois(the"City"),and,as such official,I amt the keeper of the <br /> records and files of the City and of its City Council(the"Corporate Authorities"). <br /> I do further certify that the attached ordinance constitutes a full,true and correc excerpt from the <br /> proceedings of the City's Corporate Authorities held on ,2013,insof ir as same relates <br /> to the adoption of Ordinance Novi Ol 3-10Z-entitled: <br /> AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF DECATUR,ILLINOIS APPROVING HE THIRD <br /> AMENDMENT TO THE DECATUR SOUTHEAST PLAZA TIF DISTRICT REDEVELOPMENT <br /> PLAN AND PROJECTS <br /> A true,correct and complete copy of which ordinance as adopted at such meeting appears in the <br /> minutes of such meeting and is hereto attached.
