CHAPTER 07 <br /> OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES GENERALE <br /> 1. EFFECT OF CHAPTER. The provisions of this Chapter shall apply alike to all <br /> officers and employees of the City, regardless of the time of the creation of the office or of the <br /> time of the appointment of the officers, including officers and members of he Police and Fire <br /> Departments of the City. <br /> 2. APPOINTMENT AND REMOVAL.
