Book : 4342 Page : 486 ORDINANCE NO. 2013-89 ORDINANCE ANNEXING TERRITORY - 4777 REA'S BRIDGE ROAD - WHEREAS, there having been filed with the City Clerk, and y said Clerk presented to the Council herewith, the petition under oath of Michael ayne Bennett and Tamara Carol Bennett requesting that there be annexed to thE City territory described as: 1 1 1 A tract of land in the North /2 of the South /z of the Southeast /4 of Section 32, Township 17 North, Range 3 East of the 3`d P.M., described as follows: Commencing at the Northeast corner of the South 116' of the Southeast % of said Section 32; thence West along the North Lie of the South 1/Z of said Section 32 a distance of (974.49 feet measured) and (974.64 feet recorded) and South to a point on the South right of way line of S.A. Route 24 a distance of 56.85 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence North 90°00'00" West a distance of 35 feet; thence South 00 6'58.33" West a distance of 378.41 feet; thence North 72°14'04.44" West a distance of 224.08 feet; thence South 0000'00" West a distance of 296.3 feet; thence South 89044'00" East a distance of 662.21 feet; thence North 0049'03.58" East a distance of 400.6 feet; thence North 90°00'0 ' West a distance of (417.81 feet measured) and (417.6 feet recorded' ; thence North 0046'58.33" East a distance of (208.96 feet measured) ar d (208.8 feet recorded) to the Point of Beginning. Permanent Index Nu nber 18- 08-32-476-011; and, WHEREAS, it appears said petition is signed by the owners f record of all land within such territory and by at least 51% of the electors residing therein, and that said territory is contiguous to the City and not within the corporate linlits of any city, village or incorporated town or other municipality; and, WHEREAS, notice of intention to take action for annexation haE been given as required. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COL NCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS:
