Book : 4342 Page : 4al ORDINANCE NO. 2013-88 ORDINANCE ANNEXING TERRITORY - 3300 EAST CHERRY DRIVE - WHEREAS, there having been filed with the City Clerk, and by said Clerk presented to the Council herewith, the petition under oath of Robert Lewellen and Ann Lewellen requesting that there be annexed to the City territory described as: The North 448.6 feet of the East 1/2 of the West 1/2 of the So ithwest 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 30, Township 16 North, F ange 3 East of the 3rd P.M. Situated in Macon County, Illinois. Co monly known as 3300 East Cherry Drive, Decatur, Illinois 62521. PIN 09-13- 30-252-004; and, WHEREAS, it appears said petition is signed by the owners of record of all land within such territory and by at least 51% of the electors residing therein, and that said territory is contiguous to the City and not within the corporate limits of any city, village or incorporated town or other municipality; and, WHEREAS, notice of intention to take action for annexation has been given as required. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COU qCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: Section 1. That said petition and the request thereof be, and the same are hereby, approved. Section 2. That said territory hereinabove described, along ith all parts of public highways therein or next and adjacent thereto not heretofore a inexed, if any, be, and the same are hereby, annexed to and are incorporated into tie limits of the City of Decatur, Illinois, a municipal corporation. Section 3. That a plat of said annexed premises is attach d hereto and hereby made a part hereof.
