OCCUPIED PETITION FOR ANNEXATION TO THE HONORABLE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY F DECATUR, ILLINOIS: The undersigned, under oath, respectfully represent as follows: 1. That they are the owners of record of all the territory herein described. 2. That at least 51% of the electors who reside on the territory herein described have signed and do join in the petition. 3. That the territory herein described is not within the corporate limits of ),municipality. 4. That the territory herein described is contiguous to the City of Decatur, a municipal corporation. 5. That the petitioner request that the City of Decatur, a municipal corp ration, annex the following described property: Lot Three (3) of Rea's Hilltop Addition, as per Plat recorded in Book 300 Page 392 of the Records in the Recorder's Office of Macon County, Illinois, Except the South 15 feet of Lot Three (3), also beginning at a point on the East line of Lot Three (3), 15 feet North of the Southeast Corner of Lot Three (3), thence West along a line 15 fe North of and parallel with the South line of Lot Three (3), a distance of 4.65 feet; thence Northeasterly 15.82 feet to a point on the East line of Lot Three (3) that is 30 feet North of the Southeast Corner of Lot Three (3); thence South along the East Line of Lot Three (3), 15 feet to the point of beginning as deeded to Macon County in Book 2207, Page 792.
