<br /> City of Decatur, Illinois, at a meeting of the City Council of Decatur, Illinois, scheduled for
<br /> November 4, 2013:

<br /> A tract of ground located in the East 4 chains of the West 6 chains of the South 2% chains of
<br /> the SE 1/4, SE 1/4 of Section 25, Township 17 North, Range 2 East of the 3rd P.M., more
<br /> particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point 396 feet East of the Southwest corner
<br /> of the SE '/4, SE 1/4 of Section 25, Township 17 North, Range 2 East of the 3rd .M., said point
<br /> being on the North Right of Way line of County Highway 22, more commonl known as East
