QD t0 �+ ORDINANCE NO. 2013-82 m ro CL Ch M ORDINANCE ANNEXING TERRITORY - 2520 EAST MOUND ROAD - 0 wo WHEREAS, there having been filed with the City Clerk, an by said Clerk presented to the Council herewith, the petition under oath of David L. Camfield and Shelly L. Camfield requesting that there be annexed to the City territory described as: A tract of ground located in the East 4 chains of the West 6 ch ins of the South 2'% chains of the SE '/4, SE % of Section 25, Township 17 North, Range 2 East of the 3rd P.M., more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point 396 feet East of the Southwest corner of the SE '/4, SE % of Section 25, Township 17 North, Range 2 East of the 3rd P.M., said point being on the North Right of Way line of County Highway 22, more commonly known as East Mound Road; thence North 117.10 feet to a point 396 feet East of the West line of the SE %, SE % of said Section 25, and 165 feet North of the South line of said Section 25; th nce West parallel with the South line of said Section 25, 186.38 feet; thence South 116.63 feet to a point 186.38 feet West of the point of begirining, said point being on the North Right of Way line of said County Highway 22; thence East 186.38 feet to the point of beginning, EXCEPT a tract of ground located in the East 4 chains of the West 6 chains of the South 2'/2 chains of the SE '/4, SE % of Section 25, Township 17 North, Range 2 East of the 3rd Principal Meridian, more particularly described s follows: Beginning at a point 396 feet East and 45 feet North of the Southwest corner of the SE %, SE '/4 of Section 25, Township 17 North, Range 2 East of the 3rd Principal Meridian, said point being on the North Right-of- Way line of County Highway 22, more commonly known as East Mound Road; thence North 10 feet to a point 396 feet east of the West line of the SE %, SE '/4 of said Section 25, and 55 feet North of the South line of said Section 25; thence West parallel with the South line of said Section 25, 186.38 feet; thence South 10 feet to a point 186.38 feet West f the point of beginning, said point being on the North Right-of-Way I ne of said County Highway 22; thence East 186.38 feet to the point of beginning. Situated in Macon County, Illinois. PIN 07-07-25-478-009. WHEREAS, it appears said petition is signed by the owners o record of all land within such territory and by at least 51% of the electors residing the-ein, and that said territory is contiguous to the City and not within the corporate limits of any city, village or incorporated town or other municipality; and,
