OCCUPIED PETITION FOR ANNEXATION TO THE HONORABLE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CIT1 OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: The undersigned, under oath, respectfully represent as follows: 1. That they are the owners of record of all the territory herein described 2. That at least 51% of the electors who reside on the territory herein de 3cribed have signed and do join in the petition. 3. That the territory herein described is not within the corporate limits of any municipality. 4. That the territory herein described is contiguous to the City of Decatu , a municipal corporation. 5.
