This subdivision is a re-subdivision of Lot 2 of Lawncrest Addition. This subdivision is <br /> granting a 30 foot wide ingress/egress easement along its south property line of Lot 1 to serve <br /> Lot 2 to the east. <br /> This subdivision proposes to re-subdivide said Lot 2 of Lawncrest Addition. This <br /> ingress/egress easement provides the means of access to the east property, the property <br /> proposed as Lot 2 of the Lawncrest Second Addition. As Lot 2 does not have frontage onto a <br /> public right of way, this subdivision must go before the Plan Commission anc City Council for <br /> approval. The Plat Act of the State of Illinois allows property to be subdivide J with an <br /> ingress/egress easement serving a proposed lot as the means of access. <br /> Please advise if you have any questions.
