Water well survey data with references to data source: Please see Higure 1 <br /> generated from the Source Water Assessment Program (SWAP). The SWAP system <br /> identified one test boring on the Caterpillar Tractor property. There ard no wells <br /> within 1/4 mile of the site. <br /> 2. A map depicting the location of all water wells within '/4 mile of the subject site: <br /> Please see Figure 2. <br /> 3. All wells within the proposed prohibition area must be remediated According to <br /> SWAP, there are no wells within the proposed prohibition area. <br /> 4. At a minimum, include drawings showing: <br /> a. Test well locations and corresponding contaminant analytical results for each <br /> well. <br /> Groundwater samples were taken from temporary wells at the subject site. Groundwater <br /> sample locations are shown in Figure 3. Groundwater analytical data is presented in <br /> Table 1. Groundwater analytical data is also available from groundwater monitoring <br /> wells at the neighboring site, Morgan Distributing, 3425 N. 22"d Street. Monitoring well <br /> locations are shown in Figure 4. Groundwater analytical data is presented in Table 2. <br />
