ORDINANCE ANNEXING TERRITORY c - 1655 NORTH SUNNYSIDE ROAD - a c4 WHEREAS, there having been filed with the City Clerk, arid by said Clerk presented to the Council herewith, the petition under oath of Michael Spencer and Kathleen Spencer requesting that there be annexed to the City territory described as: Lot Six (6) of West Sunnyside Heights 1st Addition, as per Plat 1 ecorded in Book 982 Page 72 of the records in the Recorder's Office of Macon County, Illinois. Commonly known as 1665 North Sunny ide Road, Decatur, IL 62526. PIN 04-12-07-201-020; and, WHEREAS, it appears said petition is signed by the owners of record of all land within such territory and by at least 51% of the electors residing ther in, and that said territory is contiguous to the City and not within the corporate limits of any city, village or incorporated town or other municipality; and, WHEREAS, notice of intention to take action for annexation h s been given as required. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: Section 1. That said petition and the request thereof be, a id the same are hereby, approved. Section 2. That said territory hereinabove described, along with all parts of public highways therein or next and adjacent thereto not heretofore annexed, if any, be, and the same are hereby, annexed to and are incorporated into the Ii its of the City of Decatur, Illinois, a municipal corporation. Section 3. That a plat of said annexed premises is attached ereto and hereby made a part hereof.
