ORDINANCE NO. 2013-64 ORDINANCE AMENDING CITY CODE - CHAPTER 34—TRAFFIC AND PARKING - BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: Section 1. That Section 38. B. (iv) of Chapter 34 of the City Coe of the City of Decatur, Illinois, be, and the same is hereby, modified and amended so thal said Section 38. B. (iv) of Chapter 34 as so modified and amended shall provide as follows: 38. PROCEDURES FOR REMOVAL OF VEHICLES. (B) The provisions of this subsection shall be applicable t vehicles removed pursuant to Section 37 (K) and Sections 37 (M) through 37 (W) inclusive of this Chapter: (iv) Within ten (10) days after a vehicle is seized and impounded pursuant to this subsection, the City shall notify by personal service or by first class mail the owner of record of 3aid vehicle of the date, time and location of a hearing that will be conducted pursuant to this subsection B. Section 2. That said Chapter 34 be, and the same is hereby, further amended and modified at the first line in the table in Section 74 thereof, so that as so amended and modified the first line of said table shall provide as follows: 74. PARKING RATES AND FEES: Section Title Amount 48 Temporary Reservation of Parking Space $10.00 per day per space Section 3. That the City Clerk be, and she is hereby, authorized and directed to cause the provisions hereof to be appropriately set out in the City Code and to cause the same to be published in pamphlet form according to law.
