ORDINANCE NO. 2013-64 <br /> ORDINANCE AMENDING CITY CODE <br /> - CHAPTER 34—TRAFFIC AND PARKING - <br /> BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That Section 38. B. (iv) of Chapter 34 of the City Coe of the City of <br /> Decatur, Illinois, be, and the same is hereby, modified and amended so thal said Section 38. <br /> B. (iv) of Chapter 34 as so modified and amended shall provide as follows: <br /> 38. PROCEDURES FOR REMOVAL OF VEHICLES. <br /> (B) The provisions of this subsection shall be applicable t vehicles <br /> removed pursuant to Section 37 (K) and Sections 37 (M) through 37 (W) inclusive <br /> of this Chapter: <br /> (iv) Within ten (10) days after a vehicle is seized and <br /> impounded pursuant to this subsection, the City shall notify by <br /> personal service or by first class mail the owner of record of 3aid <br /> vehicle of the date, time and location of a hearing that will be <br /> conducted pursuant to this subsection B. <br /> Section 2. That said Chapter 34 be, and the same is hereby, further amended and <br /> modified at the first line in the table in Section 74 thereof, so that as so amended and <br /> modified the first line of said table shall provide as follows: <br /> 74. PARKING RATES AND FEES: <br /> Section Title Amount <br /> 48 Temporary Reservation of Parking Space $10.00 per day per space <br /> Section 3. That the City Clerk be, and she is hereby, authorized and directed to cause <br /> the provisions hereof to be appropriately set out in the City Code and to cause the same to <br /> be published in pamphlet form according to law. <br />
