Marley, Director of Public Works <br /> Mike Frazier, Assistant Corporation Counsel <br /> SUBJECT: Amendment to Chapter 34 —Traffic and Parking <br /> SUMMARY RECOMMENDATION: The City's Legal Department proposes the <br /> following amendment to Chapter 34 at Section 38 B (iv) of the City Code. The amended <br /> language is authorized by state statute and will aid in the City's administrative <br /> adjudication of ordinance violations. Section 74 of Chapter 34 is Ellso amended to <br /> correct a typographical error in the Parking Rates and Fees table. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends that Council pass the proposed ordinance. <br /> POTENTIAL OBJECTIONS: There are no known or expected objectic ns. <br /> INPUT FROM OTHER SOURCES: <br /> STAFF REFERENCE: Mike Frazier, Assistant Corporation Counsel, cat 424-2807. <br /> BUDGET/TIME IMPLICATIONS: None <br /> CITY OF DECATUR.
