e M ORDINANCE NO. 201.3-64 CL co M 4 Y ORDINANCE ANNEXING TERRITORY o - 3750 WEST CENTER STREET - 0 m WHEREAS, there having been filed with the City Clerk, and by said Clerk presented to the Council herewith, the petition under oath of Julie A. Vlaton and Tony Maton requesting that there be annexed to the City territory described a : Beginning at the Northwest corner of the Northeast Quarter (NE '/4) of the Northeast Quarter (NE '/4) of Section Seven (7), Township Sixteen (16) North, Range Two (2) East of the 3`d P.M., running thence S 890 51' 51" East for 737.12 feet; thence S 00 27' 56" West for 418.80 feet; thence North 860 39' 55" West for 165.72 feet; thence North 30 20' 05" East for 40.00 feet; thence North 860 39' 55" West for 101.14 feet; thence along a curve to the right having a radius of 418.37 feet for 268.15 fee-t; thence North 490 56' 34" West for 300.53 feet; thence North 00 27' 56" East for 66.89 feet to the point of beginning. Situated in Macon Counly, Illinois. Commonly known as 3750 West Center Street, Decatur, Illinois 62526. PIN #04-12-07-227-002.; and, WHEREAS, it appears said petition is signed by the owners of record of all land within such territory and by at least 51% of the electors residing therein, and that said territory is contiguous to the City and not within the corporate limits of any city, village or incorporated town or other municipality; and, WHEREAS, notice of intention to take action for annexation has been given as required. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNC L OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: Section 1. That said petition and the request thereof be, anJ the same are hereby, approved.
