The subject site is approximately 0.71 acres and is commercially developed. <br /> 2. The original Conditional Use Permit (CUP) was approved by Plan Commission on March 1, 2012 <br /> with a 6-0 vote and was approved on March 19, 2012 by the City Council with a 7-0 vote. <br /> 3. Currently there is a drive-thru coffee facility on the site which has two drive up windows for quick <br /> in and out service. A walk-up window is on site as well as an outside seating area. <br /> PROJECT DESCRIPTION <br /> 1. The petitioner proposed to amend the CUP in order to re-locate the Automated Teller Machine <br /> (ATM). <br /> 2. The ATM drive-thru will be in the same location as in the original CUP and will be constructed of <br /> concrete. The traffic flow will run from west to east instead of the original f low of east to west. <br /> 3. Lighting for the ATM will be provided in accordance with Federal regulations. <br /> STAFF ANALYSIS <br /> 1. The CUP amendment is consistent with the intent of the originally approved CUP. <br />
