Swartz, do hereby certify that I am the duly selected, qualified and acting <br /> City Clerk of the City of Decatur, Macon County, Illinois (the "City"), and ass such official I am <br /> �t the keeper of the records and files of the City and of its City Council (the "Corporate <br /> p Authorities"). <br /> I do further certify that the attached ordinance constitutes a full, true and correct excerpt <br /> from the proceedings of the City's Corporate Authorities held on LL4 2013, <br /> insofar as same relates to the adoption of Ordinance No--103—,59, emit ed: <br /> AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF DECATUR,ILLINOIS APPRO ING THE <br /> SOUTHSIDE TAX INCREMENT REDEVELOPMENT PLAN <br /> A true, correct and complete copy of which ordinance as adopted at such meeting appears <br /> in the minutes of such meeting and is hereto attached.
