ORDINANCE NO.2013-57 AN ORDINANCE of the City of Decatur, Macon County, Illi ois, amending an ordinance of said City authorizing the issuan a of its General Obligation Bonds, Series 2010, to amend the definition of the 112010C Project' contained therein. WHEREAS, the Council (the "Council') of the City of Decatur, Ma n County, Illinois (the "City"), on the 15th day of November, 2010, adopted an ordinance entitl d: AN ORDINANCE providing for the issuance of four seri of General Obligation Bonds of the City of Decatur, Macon Co nty, Illinois, and providing for the levy and collection of a direct a ual tax for the payment of the principal of and interest on said bon s. (the "Original Ordinance"); and WHEREAS, the City, by the Council, pursuant to the Original Ordin ce provided for the issuance and sale of the Taxable General Obligation Bonds, Series 2010B ( e "2010B Bonds"), and the General Obligation Bonds, Series 2010C, of the City(the"2010C Bo ds"); and WHEREAS, Section 14 of the Original Ordinance permits the Co ncil, as it becomes necessary from time to time, to revise the list of expenditures set forth in the Original Ordinance, to change priorities, to revise cost allocations between expenditures and to ubstitute projects, in order to meet current needs of the City; subject, however, to the tax cove ants set forth in the Original Ordinance; and WHEREAS, the Council has determined and does hereby determine t at it is necessary and in the best interests of the City that the definition of the "2010C Project" to be financed with the proceeds of the 2010C Bonds, as defined in the Original Ordinance as provements to two existing City-owned parking garages located at 170 East North Street an 136 South Franklin Street and construction of a new approximately 60-space surface parking to to be located at 332-
