LEGAL DEPARTMENT MEMORANDUM <br /> NO. 2013-03 <br /> June 11, 2013 <br /> TO: Honorable Mayor McElroy and City Council <br /> FROM: Ryan McCrady, City Manager <br /> Wendy Morthland, Corporation Counsel <br /> Mike Frazier, Assistant Corporation Counsel <br /> SUBJECT: Amendment to Chapter 29 (Administrative Adjudication of Offenses) <br /> SUMMARY RECOMMENDATION: The City's Legal Departme t proposes the <br /> following amendment to Chapter 29, Section 5 of the City Code. The amended <br /> language is authorized by state statute and will aid in the City s administrative <br /> adjudication of ordinance violations. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends that Council pass the proposed amendment. <br /> POTENTIAL OBJECTIONS: There are no known or expected objections. <br /> INPUT FROM OTHER SOURCES: <br /> STAFF REFERENCE: Mike Frazier, Assistant Corporation Counsel, at 424-2807. <br /> BUDGET/TIME IMPLICATIONS: None <br />
