Swartz, do hereby certify that I am the duly selected, qualified and acting <br /> City Clerk of the City of Decatur, Macon County, Illinois (the "City"), and as such official I am <br /> the keeper of the records and files of the City and of its City Council (the "Corporate <br /> Authorities"). <br /> I do further certify that the attached ordinance constitutes a full, true and correct excerpt <br /> from the proceedings of the City's Corporate Authorities held on June 3 , 2013, <br /> insofar as same relates to the adoption of Ordinance No. , entitled: <br /> 2013-51 <br /> AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF DECATUR,ILLINOI <br /> AUTHORIZING THE REESTABLISHMENT OF <br /> TAX INCREMENT FINANCING "INTERESTED PARTIES" REGISTRIES <br /> AND ADOPTING REGISTRATION RULES FOR SUCH REGISTRIES <br /> A true, correct and complete copy of which ordinance as adopted at such fleeting appears <br /> in the minutes of such meeting and is hereto attached.
