Book: 4350 Page: 697 <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2013-50 <br /> ORDINANCE AMENDING <br /> B-3 PLANNED SHOPPING CENTER DISTRICT <br /> - 3775 NORTH WOODFORD STREET - <br /> WHEREAS, on the 2nd day of May, 2013, upon due notice, the 'Decatur City Plan <br /> Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of Bink, Inc., and The W odmound, Inc., to <br /> modify and amend the B-3 Planned Shopping Center District previously approved by Ordinance <br /> No. 78-77, and subsequently amended, on premises situated in the City of Decatur, Illinois, and <br /> described as follows: <br /> Lots 11, 12 and 13 of ADG Specialty Center, as per Plat recorded in Bc ok 1575, Page <br /> 247 of the Records in the Recorder's Office of Macon County, Illinois; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission did report its findings and did <br /> recommend that the modification of said B-3 Planned Shopping Center Distr ct as requested be <br /> authorized. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNC L OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the report and recommendation of the Decatur City PI Commission be, <br /> and the same is hereby, received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2. That upon the conditions set forth below, the aforesaid B-3 Planned Shopping <br /> Center District be, and the same is hereby, modified and amended, and petitioner be, and it is <br /> hereby, authorized and permitted to develop the premises described above in=cordance with the <br /> site plan hereto attached, marked Exhibit A and hereby made a part hereof. <br /> 1. No menu/order board will be allowed for the use requesting five (5) stacking spaces. <br /> 2. An exit shall be maintained through the fenced patio to a public way. <br /> 3. Final site, landscaping and lighting plans shall be submitted to and approved by the <br /> Department of Planning and Building Services, the Department of Public Works and the <br /> Fire Department prior to building permits being released. <br />
