i <br /> Excerpts from Plan Commission Minutes of February 7,2013 continued: <br /> I <br /> Section IV.A.8. of the City of Decatur Zoning Ordinance requires the Plan Commission to hold a <br /> public hearing to review Plats when there is no frontage and no direct access to a public street and <br /> report its findings to the City Council. A motion to forward Calendar Number 13-05 to the City <br /> Council with a recommendation for approval is suggested. <br /> Mr. Phil Cochran, representative, was sworn in by Mrs. Poland. <br /> Mr. Cochran stated this is the old WSOY property and it has been for sale for several years. TR of <br /> Decatur purchased the property and has built a new building in the southeast coiner which is a dentist <br /> office. The old WSOY building has been remodeled and now houses the Girl Scouts. <br /> Mr. Cochran said the conditions that staff has made are agreeable with the devel er. <br /> Mr. Kent Newton asked if Vickie Drive would be the access to Lot Three (3). M . Cochran said yes. <br /> There were no objectors present. <br /> It was moved and seconded (John/Smith) to forward Calendar No. 13-05 to the City Council with <br /> recommendation for approval as submitted. Motion carried unanimously. <br />
