i Excerpts from Plan Commission Minutes of February 7,2013 continued: I Section IV.A.8. of the City of Decatur Zoning Ordinance requires the Plan Commission to hold a public hearing to review Plats when there is no frontage and no direct access to a public street and report its findings to the City Council. A motion to forward Calendar Number 13-05 to the City Council with a recommendation for approval is suggested. Mr. Phil Cochran, representative, was sworn in by Mrs. Poland. Mr. Cochran stated this is the old WSOY property and it has been for sale for several years. TR of Decatur purchased the property and has built a new building in the southeast coiner which is a dentist office. The old WSOY building has been remodeled and now houses the Girl Scouts. Mr. Cochran said the conditions that staff has made are agreeable with the devel er. Mr. Kent Newton asked if Vickie Drive would be the access to Lot Three (3). M . Cochran said yes. There were no objectors present. It was moved and seconded (John/Smith) to forward Calendar No. 13-05 to the City Council with recommendation for approval as submitted. Motion carried unanimously.
