This subdivision is s re-subdivision of Lot 2 of WSOY Centre, A previous <br /> City p ev ous <br /> subdivision granted a 30 foot wide ingress/egress easement along its west property line to serve <br /> the property to the north. <br />� This subdivision proposes to re-subdivide said Lot 2 of W OY Centre. This <br /> ingress/egress easement was always planned to be the means of access to th northproperty, <br /> Y P <br /> thero ert proposed as Lot 3 of the Girl Scout Addition. As Lot 3 does not have frontage onto <br /> P P YP p g <br /> a public right of way, this subdivision must go before the Plan Commission anc City Council for <br /> approval. The Plat Act of the State of Illinois allows property to be subdivided With an <br /> ingress/egress easement serving a proposed lot as the means of access. <br /> The developer agrees to construct a roadway which will meet City Sta dards in the <br /> previous dedicated 30 foot wide ingress/egress easement at the time of the development of said <br /> Lot 3, which will give Lot 3 access to public right of way. The proposed Lot 3 is surrounded on <br /> the east, west and north by private property. <br /> Please advise if you have any questions.
