Section Three Continued <br /> Purpose I Please state the purpose of the proposed re-zoning. <br /> To allow the construction of two buildings totally 3200 s.f. with a zero lot line]setback between the <br /> buildings. <br /> SECTION FOUR: JUSTIFICATION <br /> The petitioner submits to the City Plan Commission and City Council the ollowin acts(additional a es maybe attached): <br /> 1. This Plan replaces a building size of 3600 s.f. which was demolished so the new buildings could <br /> be built. <br /> 2. The new buildings will be built using the same materials and color scheme as the recently <br /> constructed new building to the West developed by the Petitioner in 2010. <br /> 3. There are cross easements for ingress and egress with adjacent buildings throughout the <br /> B-3 Planned Shopping area. <br /> SECTION FIVE: CERTIFICATION <br /> To be placed on the agenda of the regular meeting on the first Thursday of the month at 3:00 <br /> PM in the City Council Chambers, petition must be received �n the first Thursday of the <br /> preceding month.
