ARGENTA-OREANA FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT, Petitioner is a <br /> duly organized fire protection district under the laws of the State of Illindis, located <br /> entirely in Macon County. <br /> 2. The City of Decatur, Illinois, Defendant is a municipal cotporation, duly <br /> organized under the laws of the State of Illinois and is located in Macon County, Illinois. <br /> 3. On May 6, 2013, the City of Decatur, Illinois, by action of its Council, <br /> passed Ordinance No. 2013-34, annexing into the corporate boundaries the City of <br /> Decatur, the following described real estate, to-wit: <br /> A part of the Southeast '/4 of the Southwest '/4 of Section 33, Township 17 <br /> North, Range 3 East of the 3'd P.M., described as follows: Beginping at a <br /> point on the North line of the Southeast 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of said <br /> Section 33 which is 609.0 feet West of the Northeast corner of th <br /> Southeast '/4 of the Southwest '/4 of said Section 33; thence West �70.0 feet <br /> along the North line of the Southeast '/4 of the Southwest V4of said Section <br />
