Chapter 64 • <br /> industrial service lines from the tap at the City mains to the discharge side,of the water meter, <br /> subject to the other provisions of this Chapter. If repairs to a water service line become <br /> necessary in the judgment of City personnel, the City may cause such repairs to be made, and if <br /> the same would otherwise be the responsibility of said owner of the property, the cost thereof <br /> may be added to the water bill for that service. Not more than one lot or parcel of ground shall <br /> be served by each service line, except as provided elsewhere herein, and whenever a lot or parcel <br /> of ground being served by a service line is divided into separate ownership, water service after <br /> such division shall be provided by a separate service line for each of the respective parts thereof. <br /> Where two or more single-family residence buildings or two-family reside�ce buildings having <br /> water service of the residential classification are located on one lot or parcel of ground, a <br /> separate water service line shall be provided for each such building whether the same are owned <br /> by one person or entity or otherwise. <br /> (Amended, Ordinance No. 2013-20, April 1, 2013) <br /> (Amended, Ordinance No. 2005-112, December 19, 2005) <br /> (Amended, Ordinance No. 90-12, January 29, 1990) <br /> 6. COMMERCIAL SERVICE LINE. The property owner <br /> may request in writing to the Director of Water Management that more than one service line or <br /> more than one meter be utilized to furnish the water service in this section.
