OF'U fC v a) C 7�� ••� ORDINANCE NO. 2013- 24 �IINO�`' AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING ADDITIONAL FUNDS FOR CERTAIN DEPARTMENTAL AND CIVIL CITY SERVICE OPERATIONS IN FISCAL YEAR 2013 OF $125,000 FOR EASTGATE TIF FUND (#23), $250,000 FOR DRUG ENFORCEMENT FUND (#25), $15,000 FOR PINES SHOPPING CENTER TIF FUND (#28), $50,000 FOR DECATUR PUBLIC LIBRARY FUND (#35), $17,000 FOR DECATUR MUNICIPAL BAND FUND (#36), $100 FOR 2008 BOND CONSTRUCTION PROJECT FUND (#44), $10,000 FOR FIREFIGHTER PENSION iFUND (#90), $220,000 FOR POLICE PENSION FUND (#91) WHEREAS, on July 16, 2012, City Council passed the Annual Appropriation Ordinance 2012-42 for the purpose of defraying the expenses of several departments and funds of the City of Decatur for the fiscal year beginning May 1, 2012 and ending April 30, 2013. WHEREAS, it is now necessary to appropriate additional funds for operational expenditures necessary for the City to effect provision of services to its citizens which were not anticipated at the time the City Council adopted Ordinance 2012-42. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS,AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. The following amounts are hereby appropriated in fiscal year 2013 and set apart within the following designated funds for expenditures as follows: Fund Amount Eastgate TIF Fund (#23) 125,000 Drug Enforcement Fund (#25) 250,000 Pines Shopping Center TIF Fund(#28) 15,000 Decatur Public Library Fund (#35) 50,000 Decatur Municipal Band Fund (#36) 17,000 2008 Bond Construction Project Fund (#44) 100 Firefighter Pension Fund (#90) 10,000 Police Pension Fund (#91) 220,000 Total 687,100 s SECTION 2.
