MACON COUNTY BOARD RESOLUTION <br /> CORRECTING THE DECATUR MACON <br /> COUNTY ENTERPRISE ZONE <br /> INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT <br /> RESOLUTION NO G-3865-4-13 <br /> WHEREAS,the City of Decatur(hereinafter referred to as"City")and Macon Cou (hereinafter <br /> referred to as"County")have adopted ordinances and resolutions establishing an Enterprise Zone <br /> (hereinafter collectively referred to as"the Ordinance")including incorporated portions of the City of <br /> Decatur and unincorporated portions of the County in accordance with the requirements of Public Act 97- <br /> 0905; and, <br /> WHEREAS corrections are required to be made to Resolution G3803-12-12 as follojws: <br /> That all references in Macon County Board Resolution G3803-12-12 (Resolution Approving <br /> Intergovernmental Agreement—County of Macon—Decatur Macon County Enterpriise Zone)containing <br /> the following language"........to automatically extend the certification of the Decatut Macon County <br /> Enterprise Zone through December 31, 2016, and subject to applications yet to be submitted through <br /> December 31, 2041"are to be replaced with following language: ".....to automatically extend the <br /> certification of the Decatur Macon County Enterprise Zone through July 1,2016." <br /> NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Macon County Board that it hereby approves the <br /> attached corrections to said Resolutions,and that the County Board Chair is authorized to execute same. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this resolution shall become effective immediately upon the adoption <br /> thereof. <br /> PRESENTED,PASSED,AND APPROVED this 11th day of April,2013. <br /> AYES 20 NAYS 0 MACON COUNTY BOARD <br /> MACON COUNTY,ILLINOIS <br /> ATTE T:-- 4 BY: <br /> JX- -, <br /> Stephen M.
