ESTIMATED BILLING. If at any time a meter shall fail to accurately measure and <br /> register the amount of water passing through the same,or the meter is not read by the City due to <br /> labor shortage, equipment failure, inclement weather, or other unforeseen circumstances, the <br /> quantity of water used may be estimated as an amount equal to the amount properly and correctly <br /> registered during a previous reading period determined by the Water Customer Service Office to <br /> be a period of substantially similar water usage. Water services from the water <br /> system of the City are hereby classified as residential monthly HaFter-ly services, aim' <br /> aaFteFly ...,rvieo:. commercial monthly services, and industrial monthly services.
