Book: 4350 Page: 718 <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2013-16 <br /> ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING EXCEPTIONS TO THE ZONINGi ORDINANCE <br /> - NO FRONTAGE ON A PUBLIC STREET- <br /> - NO DIRECT ACCESS TO A PUBLIC STREET- <br /> -5100 BLOCK OF NORTH HICKORY POINT FRONTAGE ROAD— <br /> WHEREAS, on the 7th day of March, 2013, upon due notice, the Decatur City Plan <br /> Commission held a public hearing upon the request of Executive Development Company, <br /> requesting exceptions to the Zoning Ordinance to allow for no frontage on or direct access to a <br /> public street located in the 5100 BLOCK OF NORTH HICKORY POINT FRONTAGE ROAD <br /> located in the B-2 Commercial District. <br /> The subject premise(B-2 Commercial District) is legally described as follows: <br /> Lot 2 of Fifty-One & Seventy-Two Third Addition as per Plat recorded in Book 1832, <br /> Page 515 of the Records in the Recorder's Office of Macon County, Illinois. <br /> and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that said request be <br /> granted. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That upon the conditions set forth below, the above described Premises be, <br /> and the same are hereby, allowed to have no frontage on or direct access to a public street. <br /> A.
