a ORDINANCE NO. 2013-06 <br /> M <br /> C <br /> AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY <br /> - 2098 NORTH 34TH STREET - <br /> .X <br /> o WHEREAS, on the 3rd day of January, 2013, upon due notice, the Docatur City Plan <br /> Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of Archer Daniels Midland Company, to <br /> rezone premises legally described as: <br /> Beginning at a point 2722.5 feet West and 730 feet North of the Southeast Corner <br /> of Section 6, township 16 North, Range 3 East of the 3rd P.M. thence North 865 <br /> feet, thence East 503.54 feet, thence South 865 feet, thence West 503'.54 feet to <br /> the place of beginning. Situated in Decatur, Macon County, Illinois, <br /> �I <br /> from R-3 Single Family Residence District to M-2 Heavy Industrial District; nd, <br /> WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that the prayer of said <br /> petition be granted. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL; OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the recommendation of the Decatur City Plan Commission be, and the <br /> same is hereby, received,placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2. That said above described premises be, and they are hereby, rezoned from <br /> R-3 Single Family Residence District to M-2 Heavy Industrial District. <br /> Section 3. That the Districts hereinabove mentioned are those districts set forth and <br /> defined in Ordinance No. 3512 of the City of Decatur, Illinois, commonly known as the <br /> Zoning Ordinance, and all the provisions, regulations, restrictions and requirements therein <br /> set forth shall apply to the premises above described herein. <br /> Section 4. That the zoning of said premises as set out herein shal be shown and <br /> verified on the District Zoning Map as in such Ordinance No. 3512 pr vided and said <br /> Districts be, and they are hereby, amended and changed as herein set forth. <br /> PRESENTED, PASSED, APPROVED AND RECORDED this 22nd day of January, <br /> 2013. <br />
