' l I <br /> IM_ <br /> 'J <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2 013—0 4 <br /> m <br /> CL <br /> co ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING EXCEPTIONS TO THE ZONING ORDINANCE <br /> CU -NO DIRECT ACCESS TO PUBLIC STREET— <br /> , -NO FRONTAGE ON A PUBLIC STREET- <br /> s -REDUCED LOT AREA AND LOT WIDTH— <br /> - 1500-1700 BLOCKS OF SOUTH FRANKLIN STREET ROAD— <br /> WHEREAS, on the 3rd day of January, 2013, upon due notice, the Decatur City Plan <br /> Commission held a public hearing upon the request of the Decatur Park D strict requesting <br /> exceptions to the Zoning Ordinance to allow for reduced lot area, reduced lot width, and no <br /> frontage or direct access to a public street located in the 1500-1700 BLOCKS of SOUTH <br /> FRANKLIN STREET ROAD located in the R-3 Single Family Residence District and the R-6 <br /> Multiple Dwelling District. The subject premise (zoned R-3 and R-6 District) is legally <br /> described as follows: <br /> Beginning at a point on the east line of Section 22, Township 16 North; Range 2 <br /> East of the Third Principal Meridian, said point being 5.4 feet north of the <br /> southeast corner of the Northeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of said Section 2�2; thence <br /> north 62 degrees 46 minutes west, 181.46 feet; thence north 64 degrees 42 <br /> minutes west, 180.35 feet; thence north 43 degrees 57 minutes west, 1630 feet, <br /> more or less, to a point 200 feet from, measured at right angles to the existing <br /> centerline of the southbound lanes of S.B.I.
