Susan Hoffinan is the owner of the <br /> property. <br /> POTENTIAL OBJECTION: None <br /> INPUT FROM OTHER SOURCES: Neighborhood Services requested the demolition. <br /> STAFF REFERENCE: Billy Tyus, Assistant City Manager for Development Services, 424- <br /> 2727. Sean Gadberry, Neighborhood Inspections Administrator, 424-2794. Billy and/or Sean <br /> will be at the council meeting to answer any questions the council may have about this purchase. <br /> BUDGET: $25,320 from the Demolition Fund. <br />
