RESOLUTION NO. 2013-119 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AMENDMENT TO <br /> CONTRACT OF SALE WITH HARRISON MANAGEMENT GROUP, LLC <br /> FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT MOUND CENTER <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Contract of Sale between the City of Decatur and Harrison <br /> Management Group, LLC, regarding the sale of property located at Mound Center, and <br /> previously approved by Resolution R2013-104, be, and it is hereby, amended. <br /> Section 2. That the Mayor and City Clerk, be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed <br /> to sign, seal and attest said Amendment to the Contract of Sale as presented on behalf of the City <br /> of Decatur, Illinois. <br /> PRESENTED and ADOPTED this 2nd day of December; 2013. <br /> AEL .
