The City of Decatur, Illinois, and .the State of Illinois must be named as <br /> "additional insureds" on the policy for the duration of the event. Sponsoring agency's insurance <br /> will be primary. <br /> If a temporary liquor license is granted for this event, evidence of liquor liability insurance <br /> coverage in an amount not less than $1,000,000 per occurrence and aggregate must also be <br /> provided. The City of Decatur, Illinois, must be named as an additional insured on all required <br /> policies, for the duration of the Event.
