RESOLUTION NO. 82013-114 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXPENDITURE OF <br /> MOTOR FUEL TAX FUNDS FOR <br /> DECATUR JUNCTION RAILWAY COMPANY REIMBURSEMENT <br /> CITY PROJECT 2009-12 <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That there is hereby authorized the expenditure of funding,not to exceed <br /> $60,000 of Motor Fuel Tax funds to be paid to Decatur Junction Railway Company as <br /> reimbursement for the installation of interconnect circuitry and appurtenant hardware along <br /> the railroad track adjacent to the intersection of Boyd Road and Illinois Route 48. <br /> Section 2. That the expenditure is in the best interest of the City of Decatur. <br /> Section 3.
