Intersection of IL Rte 48&Boyd Road in Decatur <br /> Proposed Improvement Installation of traffic signals at the intersection along with railroad c ssin <br /> interconnect. <br /> Bidders Instructions <br /> ,1. Plans and proposal forms will be available in the office of Decatur Blueprint, Inc., 230 W Wood Street <br /> for the purchase price of$50.00 <br /> If prequalification is required , the 2 low bidders must file within 24 hours after the letting a i"Affidavit of Availability" <br /> (Form BC 57), in triplicate, showing all uncompleted contracts awarded to them and all lom bids pending award for <br /> Federal, State, County, Municipal and private work. One copy shall be filed with the Awar ling Authority and 2 copies <br /> with the IDOT District Office. <br /> All proposals must be accompanied by a proposal guaranty as provided in BLRS Special Provision for Bidding <br /> Requirements and Conditions for Contract Proposals. <br /> The Awarding Authority reserves the right to waive technicalities and to reject any or all proposals as provided in <br /> BLRS Special Provision for Bidding Requirements and Conditions for Contract Proposals. <br /> Bidders need not return the entire contract proposal when bids are submitted unless othery'se required.
