Iffhois Resolution for, Improvement by .rte f'��hOn Municipality Under the Illinois Of Highway Code BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the Council City of Decatur Illinois City,TWA GF Village that the following described street(s) be improved under the Illinois Highway Code: Name of Thorou hfare Route From To IL Rte 48 at Boyd Road FAP 712 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, 1. That the proposed improvement shall consist of Design and construction of traffic signal$and railroad interconnect at the intersection of Boyd Road and Illinois Route 48($260,000). The work shall also include reimbursement to the Decatur Junction Railway Company for the installation of interconnect circuitry and appurtinent hardware in accordance with ICC order T12-0135(60,000). and shall be constructed wide and be designated as Section 09-00912-00-TL 2. That there is hereby appropriated the(additional ® Yes ❑ No)sum of Three Hundred Twenty Thousand and 00/100 Dollars( $320,000.00 )for the improvement of said section from the municipality's allotment of Motor Fuel Tax funds. 3.
