subject to an Operation and Easement Agreement between Seller and Target Corporation, <br /> recorded in Book 3445 at Page 207 as Document No. 1647689 in the Macon County, <br /> Illinois Recorder's Office, as amended by an Amendment to Operation and Easement <br /> Agreement, recorded in Book 3740 at Page 540 as Document No. 1714438 in such <br /> Recorder's Office (as amended, the "OEX) and an Agreement of Easements, Covenants <br /> and Restrictions dated September 16, 2006 between Seller and GMRI, Inc., recorded in <br /> such Recorder's Office (the "Olive Garden Agreement").
